If both parties align, we formalize an authorized distribution agreement that covers purchasing terms, MAP policy requirements, approved reseller standards, and channel restrictions. We then onboard your products into our catalog.

Our Standards for Manufacturer Partnerships
We take on manufacturer partnerships selectively. To work with ALLSTAR as a distribution partner, brands and manufacturers should be prepared to meet the following standards:
- Authorized Distribution Agreement — A formal agreement covering purchase terms, brand standards, and distribution channel permissions is required before ALLSTAR carries any product.
- MAP Policy in Place — Manufacturer partners must have a published Minimum Advertised Price policy that ALLSTAR can enforce across its reseller network.
- Product Compliance — All products distributed by ALLSTAR must meet applicable US regulatory, safety, and labeling requirements. We do not carry products with unresolved compliance concerns.
- Brand Documentation — We require appropriate brand authorization documentation, product specifications, and any restricted channel or reseller guidelines relevant to your brand.
- No Consumables or Expiration-Dated Products — Our distribution model is built around non-consumable, non-perishable consumer goods. We do not accept food, supplement, or expiration-dated inventory.

How does ALLSTAR ensure my MAP policy is followed?
We require all reseller accounts in our network to acknowledge and agree to MAP pricing as a condition of account approval. If a reseller violates MAP on our supplied product, their account is subject to suspension. We treat MAP compliance as a contractual obligation, not a suggestion.
Who are the resellers buying my products through ALLSTAR?
All reseller accounts are individually reviewed and approved before they gain access to our catalog. We work with professional ecommerce sellers operating on platforms including Amazon, Walmart, eBay, TikTok Shop, and independent stores. We do not sell to anonymous buyers or unverified individuals.
Does ALLSTAR carry inventory or act as a broker?
We are an inventory-ownership wholesale distributor. We purchase your products outright, stock them ourselves, and fulfill orders to our reseller accounts from our own inventory. We are not a broker, a dropship-only pass-through, or a marketplace.
