We are a true wholesale distributor — a company that purchases inventory directly from manufacturers and brands, takes ownership of that product, and resells it exclusively to verified business customers and professional ecommerce resellers. No middlemen. No mystery sourcing. No workarounds.
Founded in Brandon, Florida, and incorporated as a Florida C-Corporation, ALLSTAR was established to serve two groups simultaneously: the brands and manufacturers who need authorized distribution partners that protect their products and pricing integrity, and the resellers and ecommerce businesses that need a reliable, compliant source of wholesale inventory.
Our product focus is intentional. We operate in consumer electronics, networking equipment, educational toys, home goods, pet products, and general consumer merchandise — categories where we have established sourcing relationships and the operational infrastructure to distribute at scale. We don't chase every category. We build deep in the ones we know.

Gregory A. Reniska Sr.
Founder & Principal, ALLSTAR DISTRIBUTION INC
Gregory A. Reniska Sr. brings over 22 years of direct ecommerce and distribution experience to ALLSTAR. His career has been spent working at the intersection of brands, manufacturers, and the sales channels that bring consumer products to market — giving him a firsthand understanding of what manufacturers need from distribution partners and what resellers require from their wholesale suppliers.
Gregory's background spans brand relationships, ecommerce operations, agency-side work, and manufacturer-direct sourcing — a combination that directly shapes how ALLSTAR is structured, how it sources, and how it serves its partners. He founded ALLSTAR to operate the way he believed wholesale distribution should work: with transparency, compliance, and a genuine commitment to protecting the brands and businesses the company serves.
